Not too late little review of Cyma CM.042 Standard Fixed Stock Full Metal and Real wood AK-47.

Out of the Box chrono test:

Removing the butt plate(cover) by taking out the two screw:

MechBox:

Taking out the Mechbox or disassembly procedure same as the Tokyo Marui AK-47, cm.42 almost 99% clone except the Butt plate removal.

Seems good and can stand stronger spring but i don't care as I'm going to install it with a mosFET.

Enhancement:
(Minimal upgrade and tweak)

• Replacing only the spring guide:
  
  I got an spare systema ver3 spring guide.
  
• Cleaning and wiping out the yuckie grease
• Checking Cylinder head for airleak, Teflon wrap magic.
• Metal bushing seems good for 5k rounds or more.
• Re-shimming, some are loosely installed.
• Deans plug + directly soldered the fuse + MosFET installation = goodah!
  

Reassemble and Testing!

There's a problem with the stock hop up rubber,
Sometimes the bbs shot downward.
I still have a TM AK-47 complete set of Inner barrel with good hop up mech/rubber.
I just replaced it Instead buying new hop rubber (maybe after a couple of days).


And here's the result:

Using 11.1v/1800mAh/16C Lipo batt and .2g bbs.

S-I-M-P-L-Y B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L.

To Conclude:

• A full metal, real wood, High fps, metal bushing stock setup, strong motor and ACM price (though a little bit higher here in Davao City).
  Rating: 10/10
  
• If you are a new airsoft player, plan to get this AK-47 and using it with stock setup.
  Rating: 9/10

komrad nagtataka ako bakit yang cm.042 na pinareview sayo eh black ang metal parts kasi yung cm.042s ko greyish ang metal parts nya tulad ng front sight at gas port.

Tama ka komrad, iba ang kulay sa 42S.
