a MOUT sniper rifle -- exactly what the VSS Vintorez is.
![]() ![]() pics courtesy world.gun.ru have been toying around with that idea myself though what i was planning to build was the Samopal Libra with a trap suppressor. but only because the caliber for that is closest to the FN 5.7 ammo. ![]() ![]() pics courtesy libraaas anyway, a totally cool idea, komrad M76. but since you're thinking of using the MP001, we're treading on shaky ground -- that is not really an AK. for a bolt action rifle, here is one possibility: ![]() but that is much closer to the L96. i imagine the major part of any AK sniper rifle project would be building the stock and the handguards. less work if you pick a base gun that is closest in looks to your intended end result. you might try messing around with the AK Contructor to give us an idea of how you want your AK MOUT sniper rifle to look.

Well the test was done to day at a game, it work very effectively, thru dense bush and very quite, while the other players were shootingand we were very near 60meters, they had no idea we were there, we had a higher kill ratio . It has brought a new aspect to the teams game. It may not sound right to say CQB sniper let call it some sound thing else not sure.

Well....when i am tired or lazy enough attacking or going offensive mode, I just position myself as last man using long barreled non-AK gun( i call it a "captured enemy gun").
That's scored me lot of kills. It did not come into My mind...Yeah! considered a "cqb sniper". Try it...Unlike jungle scenario you have to wait for damned long hours without kills.

I sling the rifle on my back and use my modified rk01 in combination. I have put a standard ak47 TB into it with a fake silencer in front. I and my backup go looking for the action while, things are going on we take position, it work very well this weekend.
