I was astonished to find out this came out before the JG AKs...

JG kept on sending its m4 variants... I say enough! send the AK's

anywho, back to topic:

- rear sight block is metal (not the high quality kind though, but still )
- front sight and gas block looks pot metal, not sure
- battery compartment is a let down: same old design, same old problems with longer and thicker batteries.
- receiver looks exactly like those CA metal bodies without the markings.
- wood handguard and grip is very nice, plain, but has potential
- black gearbox: same as that of the cm 036 which means: tadah! 450 FPS ootb
- motor has strong magnet: same with cm 036 = high torque

honestly if not for the off color of the gas block and front sight, and that you have to mod the batt cmopartment.... again, the quality on this gun is far better than that of the cyma AKM.

stocks are scarce though. txted tuks ubos na, neknek wala na rin. some shops sa north nalang ata meron.

Mga bossing ok po ba itong CM042? Balak ko po kasi bumili nang bagong AK47 pinag pipilian ko po yung cm042 or jgak47. Ilang araw nako nag hahanap hanap sa mga forum about the two pero dko talaga alam ano mas OK. Para sakin po mas gusto ko po ung mas maganda at matibay na externals kase pwede naman po palitan ung internals eh. Hingi lang po sana ko nang advice, maraming salamat komrads!

komrad kung externla habol mo Kalash/Boyi/Dboys pero pag stock internals is JG or CYMa...ung CYMA CM.036 @ CYMC CM.042 is the same internals like.punta ka sa forum namin sa komrads.aimoo.com meron review ni komrad malloski dun about CYMA CM.036 & nagrerequest ako ng review about CYMA CM.042 about their difference pero ung JG naghahanap palang kami ng magandang review although meron na kaming mga nakitang review pero insufficient parin.hehe.
