Here's my mini review of Cyma's cm-048m AKM in stock form.
Had a chance to finetune one, tnx to komrad Angel.
Sorry for not having better backgrounds and better lighting for this awesome looking
aeg. Pics are in 800x600 or smaller resolution and re-compressed at 70%.
So here are more cm-048m pics and some vids that speaks for themselves.

Dis-assembly was the same as the Kalash/dboyz ak's yet the way the hop-up is held inplace is
better compared to kalash.

Good hop assembly yet hop rubber was slightly loose so some sealing was needed.
Still this cm-048m fired at 450 fps average without any finetuning yet.






This is one mean yet really good stamp steel receiver...

And finally the gearbox and it's internals...










Notice the concaved piston head. Quite a clever design.


Spring guide is metal and aside the bearing the shaft rotates as well.
Another clever design there.










Six teeths for the ARL. NICE!!!
Finally getting the right distance to get better zoomed in shots using this new cam hehe.




The stock spring felt like an sp130 but shorter. I think I can still crank some more fps
with some few more tweaks.



Here's how it sounds using my old lipoly battery.

Haven't completely finetuned this awesome akm which was shouting OPEN FPS the moment I saw
it hehe so will update this review further once I'm done with it.

btw - I think this is meant for the blow back system of cm-046.

hopefully Komrad Angel will let me check or finetune this as well hehe.

have a look at the back part of the cocking leveler there is a hole and a small channel for some type of rod to fit , i will post the my pictures of the CM040d later but back to the present reveiw , great great . I am so happy to see cyma and kalash are stepping up to the plate in there product range .... it is only good for the palyers

and same as the cm047C or the vfc gearbox with slot for bb rod.
well, you can use that hole to peep inside if spring is in rest position

Amazing pictures of the (inside ) receiver , well built , thick and strong steel
Now for the price of an INO/LCT receiver we can get quite the whole AK thanks to CYMA
Is the front sight visor made of steel?




Their laminated wood is strange even the wood used do not seem to be in nice quality , something wrong ( not compared with RS ones )

as expected.. no markings..
