Look like the 3rd image is a good balancer charger.
If you have time, can you take a shot(camera) what inside(internal circuit).

Lipo and Lion works good...

True Balancer charger of course should charge cell "individually".
Meaning charger must be have 3 identical circuit (in 3s charger).
Every circuit can sense correct rating of cell (voltage and current).
They call it "Intelligent" balancer charger.

Side note:
Not only E-Sky, visually you can check it that there's only two LEDs(for charging and Power Indicator).
The True balancer usually have 3LEDs for individual cell indicator(if 3s).
That's for the "compact" charger, unlike the more expensive digital balancer that equipt with LCD display

i've been using this for a few months now.. so far so good. all my lipo's check out balanced when checked with b6 digital charger.

i think they have the same internals with the new imax compact
