Disassemble first the AK.<<<clicky!

If yes, Take out two screws (not shown) that attach the chamber to the receiver.



Pull out the Hop chamber carefully


Oppss...wait, i forgot something, The Adjuster Handle,
This is optional for other AK Model
Eg: CYMA AKSU/Kalash Variants/Some CYMA AK variants


Other model, MUST be take out this part FIRST before detaching the receiver and front end.
Open the cocking bolt lever and take out the screw.

Same procedure here!

NOW lets go back,
Take out this screw


And this screw

Then Pull out the lever(white).

Push the other lever



Note: take care not to lose this Little thing, Hop Cushion


Take out the barrel lock carefully.



Now carefully pull out the inner barrel.

Here's a sample of new Prometheus "soft" Hop Bucking

Note the "hump"

Reverse process to assemble!

nice tip, komrad moky. but . . . . erm . . .we 3rd worlders do not usually have paper towels habitually at hand.

paper napkins and bathroom tissues sometimes do as well as rags, if they're not too fragile. those you can scrounge from mid-to-high end eating places work best, in my experience.

additionally, i've found that the standard paper towel stock sold in most supermarkets here are too scratchy.
